Of all of the homes that we have renovated, this home required the least amount of changes, and more importantly needed the level of finishes, fixtures, and furniture that the client desired. This client had recently moved to the United States and wanted a home that had that iconic American feel of both luxury and comfort.
Results
While the overall layout remained largely intact, strategic enhancements, like the removal of one wall between the kitchen and family room, were made to improve flow and create a spacious island. The design team's clear vision was to infuse every corner of the house with elegance, comfort, and functionality. Through this meticulous design endeavor, the house transcended its mere function and became a true home.
